Working as an administrator or personal assistant to a salesperson requires you to be a proactive and creative person with great attention to detail and accuracy. The key focus in these support roles is to provide exceptional administration support and to enable the sales agents to be effective as possible. In a typical day you may be asked to prepare, design, and collate advertising and marketing materials, manage advertising campaigns, prepare reports, presentations and budgets, maintain the client database and manage social media marketing.
A role in support is rewarding and challenging. You will often work autonomously but you will also enjoy the benefits and rewards of being part of a dynamic and successful residential sales team.
