Assisting and supporting our top residential sales consultants offers plenty of variety and rest assured no two days will be the same. The role is rewarding, challenging and requires the ability to multitask, prioritise and adhere to deadlines – all while remaining calm and keeping your sense of humour. 

Working as an administrator or personal assistant to a salesperson requires you to be a proactive and creative person with great attention to detail and accuracy. The key focus in these support roles is to provide exceptional administration support and to enable the sales agents to be effective as possible. In a typical day you may be asked to prepare, design, and collate advertising and marketing materials, manage advertising campaigns, prepare reports, presentations and budgets, maintain the client database and manage social media marketing.

A role in support is rewarding and challenging. You will often work autonomously but you will also enjoy the benefits and rewards of being part of a dynamic and successful residential sales team. There is lots of opportunity to take responsibility and ensure the smooth running and growth of a sales person’s business and advance your skills, knowledge and contacts in the real estate industry.
